Leader's of Tomorrow.

The Scout Leadership Camp (SLC) is a leadership camp that trains and nurtures young scouts in core skills that exists in the scout law and promise. 

Always relating back to our scouting philosophy, the Red flag symbolises the values we look up to, where its background highlights the location the camp is held in - Sarimbun Scout Camp.

Smoke, represented as a grey form, symbolises the everlasting spirit of every scout in the fulfilment of the values set out for them.

Having an opportunity to plan and organise the camp as a camp chief in 2015, I am fortunate to be able to be a part of a program that helps set out a path of leadership in every scout.

To prolong the usage of the same design, the year was removed with effect 2016. Till present day, the same badge design has been used and given to hundreds of scouts that participated in the Scout Leadership Course.
